The 20th annual pride festival kicked off in Fayetteville on Saturday. It’s the largest pride festival in the state of Arkansas. The event turned Dickson Street into the venue of a day-long party. Many people say they make it a priority to attend each year.”I moved here about two years ago and I’ve come every year since,” said Heather Zimmerman. Despite high temperatures, hundreds of people filled downtown Fayetteville. “I tried to make a breathable outfit. I have my little neck fan. I keep my bottled water on me.
