In this episode, Tim discusses what occurrence set him on a life-altering path and down some dark roads. Back in 2018, Tim lost his life-long best friend. Like so many others, he tried drinking the pain away. Tim had to learn that it is possible to have a life after loss. At the end of the day, we can’t run from our emotions, they are a part of us. Tim had to learn to grow around his grief and much more. Remember, a little bit better each day, is a whole lot better by the end of the year. Keep pushing, and much love family.
