Hi buddies… I hope you all are doing well. Today I have done 5- minutes pre workout warm up for injury prevention. You can do this workout at home , without any instruments .
5min warm up before a workout can minimise muscle soarness by preparing your cardiovascular system, increase blood flow to your muscles, loosen tight muscles and increasing temperature of your body.
