6 hurt in 3-vehicle crash near Longs, Horry County Fire Rescue says [Video]

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Six people were sent to the hospital Wednesday afternoon after a three-vehicle crash in the Longs area, Horry County Fire Rescue said.

It happened along E. Highway 9 near Charter Drive, HCFR said. One of the vehicles involved hit a sign.

Crews were dispatched at 12:23 p.m.

The South Carolina Department of Public Safety is investigating. Horry County police are assisting.
