Milwaukee Health Department finds ‘evidence of mice’ at one Pick ‘n Save [Video]

The Pick ‘n Save near 35th Street and North Avenue reopened Tuesday after a Milwaukee Health Department closure Monday because of “evidence of mice.”The health report stated inspectors found mice droppings “in the prep areas, back storage areas, pharmacy, register areas, and 2nd floor office.”In an email to WISN 12 News, the health department’s public information officer said the store reopened after a reinspection Tuesday because “all food preparation areas were cleaned and MHD inspectors did not discover any new pest activity while they were on site.”Adama Bah and other shoppers Tuesday evening were shocked to find out about the mice.”They still allowed them to reopen it which is not fair for us.
