Three years after a fatal fire truck crash in Kansas City, protestors are demanding justice and safety measures to prevent future tragedies. Laura Norris still feels the pain of the tragic incident that occurred in December 2021. Two of her employees — Jennifer Nicholas and Michael Elwood died.
