Driver dead after vehicle hits building in Presque Isle [Video]

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine (WAGM) – One person is dead following a crash in Presque Isle Friday evening.

Presque Isle Police were called to Cleaves Road around 6:30 p.m. for a reported accident.

When officials arrived, they determined that the driver of the vehicle was Richard Prue of Presque Isle.

Upon investigation, authorities say Prue left the road before hitting a building.

Officials believe Prue suffered a medical event which led to the crash.
