SEATTLE — The seemingly never-ending wave of legal issues facing the driver of the “Belltown Hellcat” continued last week.

Miles Hudson’s Belltown apartment building filed a complaint on July 9 to evict him, citing a 10-day warning for him to comply with the terms of his lease or vacate his unit. The complaint references several instances of Hudson continuing to violate the terms of his lease, according to the court documents.

This comes after Hudson failed to appear for a July 3 court appearance related to stalking and revenge porn charges from incidents with an ex-partner. A warrant was issued for Hudson’s arrest.
