CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Chardon woman died Monday in a head-on crash on the Ohio Turnpike that closed the highway for about five hours, officials said.
Samantha Smith, 35, of Chardon died in the crash on Interstate 80 in Milan, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
