AMCA bikers ride into Meridian at the 2024 Chix at the Crossroads [Video]

MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – Chix at the Crossroads made it’s stop in Meridian.

Members of the community gathered outside of Spacey’s Rock N Roll tattoo to greet bike riders from the Riveter chapter from the Antique Motorcycle Club of America.

Meridian marks the group’s 6th stop along a 9-stop music themed journey of about 1,200 miles (almost half the width of the United States).

This unit made up of all female riders will also make stops at several museums and have an opportunity to learn about the history of American music.

While the AMCA is open to both men and women, the Riveter chapter is one that is made up of mostly women and focuses on empowering them to ride and maintain their motorcycles on their own.
