Around Siouxland: Life Rolls On, A Show For The Kids [Video]

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – Start your semis, a family-friendly weekend-long semi-truck show is returning to the Tyson Events Center to raise money for the children’s side of a rehabilitation hospital in Nebraska.

The 4th annual “Life Rolls On, a Show for the Kids” semi-truck show is booked for Saturday, June 15 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, June 16 from 8 a.m. to noon. Trucks can begin arriving on Friday, June 14.

The two-day event will feature semi-truck contests with prizes in multiple categories such as People’s Choice, Best of Show, Furthest Traveled, Best Lights Bobtail, Best Polish, Antique and more. The entry fee to the contests is $50. The event will also feature a raffle, a variety of food trucks and live music.

The event is accepting freewill donations. All proceeds will go to the children’s side of the Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska.
