An application to the Federal Court in March by Dr Julian Fidge alleging Pfizer’s Covid 19 vaccines contain genetically modified organisms and therefore should be licenced under the Gene Technology Act was dismissed by Judge Helen Rofe.

Retired barrister Julian Gillespie helped prepare an appeal against the Federal Court dismissal.

Judge Rofe who determined Julian Gillespie had no standing, had a massive conflict of interest having represented vaccine giant Pfizer as a barrister on five occasions before being appointed a judge. Rofe concealed her connection to Pfizer when she had ample opportunity to reveal this association when Julian Gillespie presented a case against the vaxxine giant.

Judge Rofe epitomises how the judiciary, from Magistrates to the High Court have been bought and sold by vested interests and are beholden to the political parties who appointed them to the bench in the first place.
