Bills sign quarterback Anthony Brown [Video]

Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) – With another injury to another quarterback on the roster, the Buffalo Bills are in need of a fresh body ahead of their preseason finale on Saturday against the Carolina Panthers.

As first reported by NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero, the Bills have signed quarterback Anthony Brown to the roster. To make room, the Bills have waived/injured wide receiver Lawrence Keys III.

Brown joins the Bills after recently being let go by the Las Vegas Raiders this past Friday. He had signed a reserve/future contract with the team back in January.

Before joining the Raiders, Brown was an undrafted free agent of the Baltimore Ravens in 2022 out of the University of Oregon.

The 26-year-old does have some very brief NFL action in his three seasons as a professional, playing in two games as a rookie with the Ravens, where he completed 22-of-49 pass attempts for 302 yards and two interceptions. Brown has one career start to his name, …
