CATFISH star Nev Schulman has broken his neck in a horrifying accident when his motorcycle collided with a truck.

On Saturday, the MTV star shared photos from the hospital and admitted he’s “lucky to be alive.”

In an Instagram post, Nev, 39, revealed the incident occurred last Monday as he was heading to his two-year-old son’s school to bring him home.

“I never made it to pick up my son from school on the bike,” he said.
