Chiefs Rashee Rice speaks publicly: Accidents happen, all you can do is move forward [Video]

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Months after his involvement in a six-car crash that made national headlines, Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice says he’s leaning on his team and the Kansas City community to “move forward.”

On March 30, 2024, Rice was driving a Lamborghini that was involved in a six-car crash on a Dallas highway, his attorney confirmed in April. The crash left several people injured, and Rice faces eight charges for his role.

Two weeks after the incident, Rice turned himself in to the Glenn Heights Police Department and was released on bond.

At the time, his attorney Royce West emphasized that Rice was fully cooperative with law enforcement and understood the gravity of his actions.
