Cerebral palsy children need well-algned extremities for gait training so we should use modality to treat all the deformities in the limb before starting therapy. usually, we defer the surgery till the age of 7 years. before this age, we need to be conservative by using brace & therapy, plaster, etc. in this video child had undergone intensive therapy. in three months only he got excellent results. his muscle was relaxed. he was able to stand & walk straight. thanks to parents for sharing his views.
