Coroner releases name of victim in deadly crash [Video]

The name of a Greenville, South Carolina driver killed in an early-morning crash near I-385 was released by the coroner’s office Thursday.The the call came in just after 6:15 a.m. about a single vehicle crash on Frontage Road of I-385, near the Patewood Drive overpass.That’s south of Orchard Park Drive and near St. Francis Eastside Hospital.Greenville County Senior Deputy Coroner Kristy Strange said Edward Montague Trotten, 67, of Greenville, died at the scene.She said an external exam will be performed later Thursday to determine the cause and manner of death.
