Colt Ford is starting cardiac rehabilitation nearly two months after he collapsed from a heart attack and had to be resuscitated twice.

The country music star made the announcement on social media Wednesday, nearly a month since his last update.

“Well, I got me a haircut today,” he said in a video he posted to Instagram Wednesday. “Still got the mullet rocking. Cardiac rehab starts tomorrow. The road to recovery, baby. I love you, guys. Thank you so much for the support and for so much love in the comments. It has been unbelievable. This is a long road, and I have been mentally down, but man … you guys have made everything unbelievable. Thank y’all so much. God bless. I hope to see you soon.
