Dallas Cowboys to sign DE Al-Quadin Muhammad [Video]

Dallas Cowboys are signing free-agent defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad to a one-year deal after he went through a workout with the team on Thursday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Terms of the deal are unknown.

The Cowboys brought four defensive ends in for workouts after Sam Williams suffered a torn ACL in practice this week, ending his season.

Muhammad was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the sixth round of the 2017 NFL Draft out of Miami. In six NFL seasons between the Saints, Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears, Muhammad has 157 total tackles and 12 sacks.

Former Cowboys scout and member of the GBag Nation, Bryan Broaddus, scouted the 29 year old on Thursday’s show.
