Mobile police are conducting a death investigation after a man’s body was found Thursday afternoon on I-65.
Officers responded to the northbound lanes of I-65 between I-10 and Government Boulevard around 12:30 p.m. Thursday on a report of a body found near the median.
Officers found the male victim dead near the roadway. His name was not publicly released because next of kin was yet to be notified.
His cause of death was under investigation as of late Thursday afternoon.
