DeKalb County man shot in the chest, dies at hospital [Video]

It happened near Kings Mountain Way. Officers said around 2:35 a.m., officers were called in reference to a person being shot. When they arrived, a 37-year-old man was found shot in the chest. 

Emergency Medical Services drove him to a hospital, where police said he later died. Police added that the incident seemed domestic, adding the shooter stayed at the home and spoke with detectives. 

Officers said detectives are investigating the area, and “no charges are expected to be filed in this incident.”
