HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Shapiro administration emphasized important safety tips ahead of the Fourth of July week at Codorus State Park. 

While many Americans are preparing to grill, camp out, or go to the beach, officials wanted the public to know a few things about firework safety. 

“If you look around and think, ‘Boy, that could go badly,’ stop. Don’t do it,” said John “J.C.” Tedorski, the deputy state fire commissioner.
