During the SHARP Awareness month of April, a free introductory self defense class was held on April 16th at Yano Gym, Camp Zama, Japan.A good turnout of around 20 participants learned basic grip and body hug breaks, along with a hip toss throw.This was to build awareness and empower participants with tools to navigate challenging situations.
