Enhancing the Alfred Health Experience. [Video]

Alfred Health staff and volunteers are the backbone of our organisation. We strive to provide them with a highly supportive environment that enables them to respond to the challenges of our work and to thrive.

The Peer Support program gives Alfred Health staff an opportunity to be there for their colleagues in times of need.

Peer Supporter and Audiologist Jamila Gencarelli said the program helped her feel a sense of belonging and connection to the Alfred Health community.

“Being able to support colleagues during challenging times and seeing the positive impact it has on their well-being has been highly rewarding.”
