A young mother allegedly murdered in a Perth house fire has been identified as Erica Hay.
The 30-year-old was found in a bedroom of the property on Currie St in Warnbro, in the city’s south.

“At this point in time we are treating (the woman’s death) as a murder,” Acting Detective Superintendent David Gorton said on Friday.
Emergency services were called to the home about 1am, with two occupants — a 35-year-old man and a three-year-old girl — managing to escape the flames.
The pair were treated for smoke inhalation and taken to Rockingham Hospital.
A 35-year-old South Kalgoorlie man has now been charged with murder and criminal damage by fire.
