Fairfax County firefighters tackle Belle Haven house fire [Video]

BELLE HAVEN, Va. (DC News Now) — Fairfax County fire officials said that nobody was injured after a fire at a Belle Haven home on Saturday.

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue units responded to a fire at a home in the 2200 block of Yale Dr. around noon. Officials said that the two-alarm fire started in an attached carport before spreading to the home.

As of 4:30 p.m., the fire was under control.

Units from Alexandria Fire and EMS and the Prince George’s County Fire Department assisted in the response.
