CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — Donald Varga, the Olmsted Township man accused of shooting and killing his son Corey Varga amid a domestic dispute, appeared in court on Friday morning for an arraignment hearing.
During the hearing, he pleaded not guilty and a $1 million bond was set. In addition, the case was turned over to the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
Olmsted Township police say officers were dispatched to a residence on Homestead Drive at around 9:09 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, for a report of domestic violence between a 29-year-old son and his 63-year-old father.
