Feisty Biden jabs NBCs Lester Holt several times during interview: Cmon, man … where have you been? [Video]

While the media persists in making President Joe Biden clean up after his rough debate performance against former president Donald Trump three weeks ago, Biden wants to talk about the campaign’s important issues:

Biden’s legislative record. Trump’s lies and Project 2025. The GOP’s and Supreme Court’s attack and rescinding of women’s reproductive rights. Gun safety. Trump’s inflammatory rhetoric. Trump’s conviction, ongoing legal troubles and more.

But as NBC anchor Lester Holt spent most of Monday night’s interview asking Biden why he won’t leave the race, on several occasions, Biden challenged Holt and the media to report on the issues.

And, in the aftermath of the shooting at a Trump rally, Holt tried to accuse Biden of inflammatory rhetoric, but Biden pushed back forcefully.
