ARDMORE, Okla. — The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will open disaster recovery centers in Carter and Osage Counties to help Oklahomans affected by recent severe weather.
In a press release, FEMA announced a new center will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily at the Carter County Health Department in Ardmore. Another center will be open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily at the Early Childhood Learning Center in Barnsdall.
Residents and businesses in Carter, Hughes, Kay, Lincoln, Love, Murray, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Washington, and Washita counties can visit the centers to apply for FEMA assistance, upload documents, learn about resources and more.
