Heat advisory affecting Southwest Alabama until Wednesday evening [Video]

The National Weather Service issued a heat advisory at 2:20 a.m. on Wednesday valid for Wednesday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. for Choctaw, Washington, Escambia, Mobile and Baldwin counties.

The weather service comments, “Heat index values around 108 degrees expected.”

“Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses,” comments the weather service.
