Indigenous tattooing is back in the Yukon. A Kwanlin Dün First Nation citizen is reviving the tradition. Anne Spice is in Whitehorse for the next few weeks to tattoo almost 30 members of her community. The First Nation’s health and wellness team is paying for her work. It’s a way to bring back a traditional way of healing. Virginie Ann met with the artist during one of her tattoo sessions.
