Iowa City police arrest man charged for alleged indecent exposure at Walmart [Video]

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Police have arrested the man they say exposed himself to an 11-year-old child in the toy section of an Iowa City Walmart last December.

Dustin Hills, 44, of West Branch, is charged with one count of indecent exposure. The charges and a warrant for his arrest were released last week. The arrest was made on Tuesday.

According to a criminal complaint, the child reported a man following her in the toy aisles. When she looked over, she said she saw the man stroking his exposed genitals.

Iowa City Public Safety posted a surveillance image of the suspect, looking for tips identifying the man.

According to the complaint, Hills called Iowa City police asking for his photo to be removed.

Surveillance video shows Hills following the victim out of the toy aisle just before she reported what happened to her mother and store employees.
