Ireland coach gives injury update on FIVE stars after bruising opening Test against South Africa ahead of second clash [Video]

SIMON EASTERBY revealed that Ireland have no fresh injury concerns ahead of Saturday’s series finale against South Africa.

Dan Sheehan (ACL) and Craig Casey (concussion) were both ruled out of the final Test after picking up knocks during a bruising 27-20 defeat in Pretoria last weekend.

Prop Andrew Porter required treatment on a cut hand too, while Jamie Osborne (leg), Bundee Aki (shoulder), James Lowe (thigh) and Robbie Henshaw (concussion) also suffered knocks.

All 35 members of Andy Farrell’s squad trained yesterday — including Connacht hooker Dave Heffernan and uncapped Ulster back Nathan Doak, who flew out to replace Sheehan and Casey.
