Juneau Seeks Proposals for Repurposing Closed School Buildings | Homepage [Video]

The City and Borough of Juneau is trying to decide what to do with two school buildings that are closing.

As part of a consolidation plan, the Juneau School District is closing Floyd Dryden Middle School and the Marie Drake building and turning the properties over to the CBJ.

Officials are now asking for proposals on how to best use the two large spaces in the community.

Organizations and groups can submit ideas online now through May 20th.
