Keanu Reeves managed to fracture his kneecap by tripping on a rug [Video]

After years doing dramatic stunts and daring scenes, Keanu Reeves managed to fracture his kneecap after a tumble in his trailer.

The Matrix legend was spotted with his knee wrapped up, walking around on crutches while filming Good Fortune in January.

Turns out Keanu, who recently ditched his familiar long hair, actually tripped on a rug while relaxing on set only days into the shoot but continued on like ‘such a trooper’.

While at ComicCon in Las Vegas, Aziz Ansari revealed he heard the cries from the 59-year-old star’s dressing room as he fell.

He shared: ‘About, I don’t know, 15 days into shooting with me, I was like, “Hey, just go chill in your dressing room for 15 minutes” and he tripped on a rug. He’s like, “Aah, my knee”.’

However, ever the professional Keanu didn’t let a little injury like a fractured knee stop him from shooting the rest of the movie.
