Law enforcement paid respects at Trooper Pelletier’s funeral [Video]

HARTFORD,CT (WFSB) – Trooper Aaron Pelletier’s funeral became a symbol of solidarity as law enforcement from across the state and country gathered to pay respects.

In a powerful display of brotherhood and sisterhood, thousands showed up at the Xfinity Theater to offer support to Trooper Pelletier’s family.

Police officers from various jurisdictions, alongside members of the navy and army, stood together united in grief and respect.

“The best thing we can do right now is not only show the family we are here for you, but also show the agency we are here for you and whatever we can do help you get through this, we’re obviously going to do our best to do so / and I’ve always said to any person who has lost somebody, you’ll never go over something, but you will get through it and that’s exactly what we’re here to do,” said Pennsylvania State Trooper …
