LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the victim of a multi-vehicle traffic accident that occurred on I-26 Tuesday, June 18.
Ulysses Donell Green, 36, of Blythewood, was travelling east on I-26, near mile marker 130 in the Swansea area, when he struck the rear of a tractor trailer. Green was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor trailer was transported to a local hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
