Lorraine Kelly and royal correspondent Russell Myers said that the ‘old’ version of Prince Harry is “missed” as she commented on how “he really can relate” to what the young children are going through as he spoke in his role as a global ambassador for Scotty’s Little Soldiers.

Speaking about the charity, Lorraine said: “The thing about Prince Harry is he really can relate to those kids.” Russell agreed: “Of course he can, yeah.

“You look at him with the children and I’ve seen some of the footage of him spending the day with them and he’s exactly what the old Harry was. I think that this is fantastic work that he’s obviously doing.

“He has a real story to tell and a story to share with these kids and they love spending time with him.” Lorraine added: “No, he’s good. He’s good with kids, isn’t he? He really is.”
