Man accused of throwing brick at mother of his unborn child [Video]

An Upstate man faces charges after police say he threw a brick at the woman who is pregnant with his child. The Union Police Department responded around 9:45 Wednesday morning in the area of West Main and Blassingame Streets. Upon arrival, officers saw that the woman was bleeding.

She told them the father of her unborn child 26 year old Darrell Devonte Epps, came to her house, started an argument and broke her phone. She said she grabbed a baseball bat and he pulled a knife.

She said that Epps then threw a brick hitting her in the shoulder causing minor injuries. Epps was then arrested and charged with 2nd degree domestic violence.
