NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) has arrested the man allegedly responsible for Sunday afternoon’s fatal shooting in the Napier community.
Calvin W. Kinzer, 45, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon. The MNPD said that he was carrying one gun at the time of his arrest and a second gun was found inside his vehicle.

Police said Kinzer admitted to shooting the man on Sunday, claiming that he did so in self-defense and that the other man involved fired first. The identity of the man killed is unknown at this time, though his gun was recovered on Sunday.
