A 54-year-old man was seriously injured after being hit by a truck in Worcester Tuesday evening, according to a press release from the Worcester Police Department.
The man, a pedestrian, was hit by a Dodge Ram near Park Avenue and Pleasant Street around 5:44 p.m. Tuesday, police said. He was taken to a local hospital with a serious head injury, the Worcester Police Department said.
Worcester police said the driver of the Dodge Ram remained at the scene.
