A Massachusetts man accused of fatally striking a woman with his car during an alleged road rage incident in Hopkinton earlier this year will continue to be held without bail. Ryan Sweatt, 36, was indicted on charges of first degree murder, multiple counts if assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and operating a motor vehicle to endanger in connection with the death of Destini Decoff, 26 of Milford, on April 4.Sweatt was driving a Honda Civic on Route 85 in Hopkinton when he became angered in an apparent road rage incident with another vehicle, police said.At some point, some of the occupants of the other vehicle, including Decoff, exited the car.Sweatt then made a U-turn at a high rate of speed and struck the victim in the roadway, police said.”It veered to the right, striking Decoff with the metal front end of the vehicle propelling her into the air …
