Minnesota woman faces charges, accused of hitting a man with her car while on fentanyl [Video]

BELTRAMI COUNTY, Minn. (Valley News Live) – A Redby woman faces charges, accused of hitting a man with her car while on drugs.

Samantha Rose Jackson is charged with two counts of criminal vehicular operation in Beltrami County. If convicted, she faces up to eight years in prison.

The crash happened at 8 a.m. Monday, April 1 at the intersection of Irvine Ave. NW and Spruce Grove Ln. NW.

Newly filed court documents say deputies were called to the area for a report of a man who had been struck by a vehicle, driven by Jackson.

Deputies found the man on the ground with serious injuries. He was life-flighted to a Fargo hospital with a fractured femur, internal injuries and a brain bleed.
