KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services now offers a free program called My Life My Quit to help teenagers quit vaping.
Teenagers who enroll in the My Life My Quit program will receive personalized and confidential support from a trained ‘quit coach’ who helps them build a plan to become nicotine-free.

You can enroll by sending a text, making a call, or going online.
“So the number of high school students who vape, who self-report that they vape frequently, has tripled since 2015,” said Abby Newland, communications specialist for DHSS Tobacco Prevention & Control. “So a number there would be like 2.8% to 9.5% from 2015 to now.
