LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A monkey was rescued from a tree at the Patoka Lake Campgrounds Tuesday evening.
According to the Orange County Fire Department, a monkey decided to leave camp around 11:55 p.m.
She managed to get her leash tangled in a branch about 30 feet up in the air. After a few cuts, the monkey was lowered back down to safety.
