HARTFORD, Conn. — A motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a car in Hartford Saturday evening, according to the city’s police department.
Police said they went to the intersection of Fairfield Avenue at White Street at 8:36 p.m. after receiving a report about a serious crash involving a motorcycle and a car.
According to police, Roberto Laboy, 44, was found unresponsive near a red Suzuki motorcycle that was in the middle of the road. He was taken to Hartford Hospital where he later died.
The driver of a Honda Accord that was located by officers on the southeast side of the intersection stayed at the scene of the crash.
