NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — No injuries were reported after a Niagara Falls house exploded Wednesday evening.

The explosion was reported around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at 820 20th Street, north of Pine Avenue. National Fuel crews have been on the scene since then.

Two other nearby homes were also damaged, according to a spokesperson for National Fuel.

“The situation has been made safe, the fire is out and there are no reported injuries. Crews remain on site and continue to investigate with first responders from the Niagara Falls Fire Department,” National Fuel said in a statement, adding that there would not be any more information available until Thursday.
