Business Unity South Africa wants to know why President Cyril Ramaphosa is continuing with signing the contentious National Health Insurance despite concerns over it.

The business lobby group and other stakeholders feel the bill is not ready to become law in its current form and plan to legally challenge it.
President Cyril Ramaphosa will sign the contentious bill into law on Wednesday, setting the stage for a protracted fight with businesses, healthcare professionals and opposition parties. The objective of the NHI Bill is to provide universal access to quality health care for all South Africans of all races, rich or poor, and legal long-term residents. But there still remain questions about how it will be funded and how it will work
