BBC Breakfast presenter Nina Warhust has cheekily likened her co-star Sarah Keith-Lucas’ outfit to Gordon Ramsay’s bruised body after she updated viewers about his near-death bike accident today. The 57-year-old chef told fans he is “lucky to be alive” after coming off of his bike in Connecticut on Saturday, which has left him with a heavily bruised midriff and ribs.

Gordon stressed in a video shared with fans that if he hadn’t had his helmet on, he “wouldn’t be here now” as he passionately reminded people just how life-saving they can be.
