No injuries reported after Capitol Police-involved wreck in downtown Jackson [Video]

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Authorities are investigating a traffic accident involving a Capitol Police cruiser.

It happened around 5 o’clock Wednesday evening at the intersection of Pearl and President streets in downtown Jackson.

Capitol Police tell us no one was injured.

Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Bailey Martin said the case is still under investigation and that no additional comment will be made at this time.
